Tactical Strength & Conditioning
We create a Hybrid Training program developed by combining methods from various areas of the training spectrum to produce overall results. Combining strength with cardio and core or combining power with strength, speed, and agility is what to expect when training in our Tactical Strength & Conditioning class. Our goal is to create an athletic athlete.
Powerlifting
This program focuses on three lifts: Back Squat, Bench Press, and Deadlift. Our classes focus on a lift followed by accessory work to strengthen imbalances. We work with individuals to set goals and follow a 12-15 week program to achieve their goals. All levels are welcome. We are USAPL Friendly.
